If YATAYAT, in its sole and exclusive discretion, concludes that the said orders are not or do not reasonably appear to be, authentic, enforceable or valid, YATAYAT may cancel the said orders at any time up to 1 hour before the scheduled time of pick-up of the relevant trip. YATAYAT reserves the right to withdraw or amend the service it provides on the site without advance notice. YATAYAT will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

 

General Provisions

You may travel to certain destinations through certain routes which involve greater risks than others, entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences.

YATAYAT requests you to consult your local authorities and evaluate travel prohibitions, warning, announcements, and advisories issued by them before booking travel to certain destinations through certain routes.

By offering a discount on any product or travel to particular destinations through particular routes, YATAYAT does not represent or warrant that travel to such point is advisable or without risk. YATAYAT does not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from travel to such or any destinations.

YATAYAT, YATAYAT Affiliates and their respective suppliers are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any taxi/car rental operators or other suppliers for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting there from. YATAYAT, YATAYAT Affiliates and their respective suppliers have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re–routing or acts of any government or authority.

 

General Guidelines

• Night curfew has been enforced in 29 cities across Gujarat between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. till 5th May, 2021. These include Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, Junagadh, Gandhinagar, Anand, Nadiad, Mehsana, Morbi, Patan, Godhra, Dahod, Bhuj, Gandhidham, Bharuch, Surendranagar, Amreli, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat and Rajkot, Himmatnagar, Navsari, Veraval, Valsad, Porbandar, Botad, Viramgam, Chhotaudepur and Palanpur.
• The state government has decided to set up border check-posts to screen people coming from neighbouring states, including Maharashtra & Madhya Pradesh by road.
• Complete lockdown announced till 1st May which means only essential services are allowed.
• People coming from/going to airports, railway stations and bus terminals will be allowed to travel as long as they have a valid ticket
• Anyone booking a cab must share a copy of their valid e-ticket (flight/bus/train) with their driver before the trip starts. Without this, the driver will not be able to reach the pickup location.
• 3+1 passengers will be allowed in sedan vehicles & 4+1 passengers in SUVs.

 

Safety precautions

• Our cabs are sanitised before pickup however you may request driver to sanitise before your board
• Maintain social distancing, wear mask & avoid touching your mouth, eyes, nose without sanitising your hands
• Avoid travel in case you’re experiencing covid-19 symptoms
• Download Aarogya Setu app on phone for your safety
